Biscay comprise 4 jazz/funk/prog instrumentalists who write songs about the human condition set to a dizzying range of genres. Using a range of vocalists (chosen to suit each song), this is a deliberately diverse formula. It’s a formula which seems to work given Biscay are 2-time winners of the UK Songwriting Competition (amongst others – see Awards page). We have 9 new songs due for release as singles from Autumn 2024 into 2025.
Biscay’s first EP release was ‘Burnt Mementos‘ in April 2017, followed by a second EP ‘Stare At The Sun’ in March 2020. Through the pandemic lockdowns a further 5 singles were released.
